I’m Italian, and I write Heat & Chill Guide: an independent buyer’s guide to home saunas and cold plunge tubs for readers in the United States.

I’ve always been fascinated by what sauna and wellness rituals can do for balance, energy and a sense of well-being. This site is where I share that interest and look for products that care about quality, design and craftsmanship. For me, wellness means making time to slow down, breathe and feel good.

What I do here

I have experience writing product reviews, and this site applies the same habit to a category where the purchase is big: saunas and tubs that cost thousands of dollars. I read the maker’s spec sheet, warranty and delivery terms, check them against other sellers and public sources, and write down what I could and couldn’t confirm. You get the price, the circuit it needs, the size, the warranty and the gaps, each with a link to where I found it.

What I don’t do matters as much. I don’t test products myself, and I say so on every page. I’m not a doctor or an engineer, so health questions go to your doctor and electrical work goes to a licensed electrician.

How the site is paid for
